About PERFECT 2.0

PERFECT 2.0 is a framework for the evaluation of performance in Local Authorities using the exclusive assessment tool designed and developed with the support of Provincial Councils and Local Government division of Ministry of Public Administration, Home Affairs, Provincial Councils and Local Government.

About the Indicators

The 200 indicators to facilitate the evaluation by the evaluators using PERFECT 2.0, under four functional areas ;

Under the 4 functional areas, 44 key performance areas are identified and indicators corresponding to these key performance areas are developed considering five different attributes namely Compliance, Efficiency, Effectiveness, Inclusion and Innovation.
